Monthly, forced wipes only - Community, unmodded, hardcore Rust - with rules
Rules:
NO Killing (No PvP) except oilrigs/underwater labs/deep sea/self defence
NO Raiding
NO Stealing
NO Cheating
Secure your base - No Twig - upgrade! Walls, locked doors, no open windows, nothing close to windows with bars, roof - it's your responsibility to make sure that your things are secure.
Anything left in the open, accessible without breaking anything, or protected only by twig is free to all, if you value it, protect it - but, not with traps in public, traps indoors, no problem.
If you see something that's twig or open, give the owner an hour to resolve it, after 1 hour, it's fair game - do not break anything other than twig, and leave the poor bees and chickens alone!
Max one car per person, no hoarding.
